1 Introduction

Welcome to 33d. By accessing the 33d website at 33d.run and using any part of the platform – whether that is the slots section, the sports betting markets, the bingo rooms or the account and promotions areas – you are entering into an agreement with 33d under the terms set out on this page.

These terms apply to all players regardless of the device used or the method by which the platform is accessed. • You must not already hold an active 33d account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the 33d platform.

33d reserves the right to request documentation to verify any of the above conditions at any stage of the account lifecycle. Providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3 Account Registration

Registration on 33d requires you to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth and contact details. The information you provide during registration must be truthful and kept up to date. If any of your details change after registration, you are responsible for updating them through your account settings.

One account per person is the firm rule on 33d. Creating multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses or payment details – is a breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 33d will close the additional accounts, and any funds held across them may be reviewed as part of an integrity investigation.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Sharing your login credentials with another person is not permitted. 33d will treat all actions taken from your account as your own unless you have formally reported a security issue before those actions occurred.

Completing identity and payment verification is a condition of being able to withdraw funds from your account. 33d may request copies of identity documents at any point, and accounts where verification cannot be completed may be restricted from withdrawals until the process is resolved.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 33d are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account. Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted – third-party deposits are not accepted.

Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions typically process quickly, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution. 33d is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's systems.

• Minimum deposit amounts are listed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• 33d does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your 33d balance.
• All funds deposited must be used for genuine gaming activity. Using the 33d deposit system for money movement without gaming activity is not permitted.

By depositing funds into your 33d account you confirm that the money being used belongs to you and has been obtained lawfully.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 33d are paid in PKR to payment methods registered under your own name. The platform supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Withdrawals cannot be directed to a third-party account or to a payment method that was not used for at least one deposit on your account.

Account verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a firm requirement, not a conditional one. If your account verification is outstanding at the time you request a withdrawal, the withdrawal will be placed on hold until verification is completed.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are listed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals of funds that were received as bonus credit are subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus before they become withdrawable.
• 33d reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for larger amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns. These checks may extend processing times.
• Your deposited funds and any cleared winnings from real-money play are withdrawable subject to the verification requirement above.

If a withdrawal is declined, the funds are returned to your 33d balance and you will receive a notification. Support can clarify the reason for any declined withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

33d offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets on cricket markets, weekly free spins and loyalty rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms including qualifying conditions, wagering requirements, eligible games and expiry dates. General rules that apply to all bonuses on 33d:

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered across eligible games within the validity period.
• Only one deposit bonus can be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and must not be claimed through coordinated activity, arbitrage strategies or any form of manipulation of the promotion mechanics.
• 33d reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from your account if there is reasonable evidence that the offer has been claimed in bad faith or through a breach of these terms.
• Bonus expiry dates are fixed. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire within the validity period are forfeited without compensation.

7 Betting Rules

Sports betting on 33d covers cricket markets including PSL, T20 internationals and major tournaments, as well as football, esports and other available markets. By placing a bet you accept the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before a bet is placed but not after confirmation.

• Bets placed after the official start of an event (in-play bets excluded) may be voided at 33d's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and may vary depending on event type and current market conditions.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or shortened in a way that materially affects the market result, 33d's settlement rules for that sport will apply. These are published in the sports betting help section of the platform.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance promptly following result confirmation.
• Any bet placed using funds derived from a bonus is subject to the wagering conditions of that bonus.
• Obvious pricing errors in markets will not be honoured. If a price is clearly erroneous and does not reflect the real competitive odds for an event, 33d reserves the right to void bets placed at that price and refund stakes.

Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches or mispricings in betting markets constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account action.

8 Slots & Games

Slot games on 33d are provided by third-party software providers. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) that determines outcomes independently of any other factor, including your account history, previous results or stake size. 33d does not control individual game outcomes.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is set by the game provider and reflects the long-run theoretical return across a very large number of spins. RTP figures are not a guarantee of short-term results and should not be used as the basis for staking decisions.

• Game rules, paytables and feature descriptions are available within each game and should be reviewed before play.
• Technical malfunctions void all game rounds affected. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical fault will not be paid.

9 Bingo Rules

Bingo games on 33d are run in scheduled rooms with defined ticket prices in PKR and prize structures displayed before purchase. Purchasing a bingo ticket constitutes acceptance of the prize structure and rules for that specific room session.

• Tickets purchased for a bingo session cannot be refunded once the session has started.
• Prizes are calculated based on the number of tickets sold in a session and the prize structure displayed for that room type.
• In the event of a tie, jackpot prizes are split equally between qualifying winners.
• Chat features in bingo rooms are subject to the player conduct rules set out in Section 10.

10 Player Conduct

33d expects all players to interact with the platform, its staff and other players in a respectful and honest manner. The following conduct is not permitted and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using abusive, threatening or offensive language in any communication with 33d staff or in any chat feature on the platform.
• Attempting to defraud the platform through bonus abuse, chargebacks, collusion or any other dishonest method.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the platform outside of normal browser or app usage.
• Sharing or publishing any part of the 33d platform's proprietary content, odds data or software without permission.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any part of the platform's back-end systems.
• Placing bets or participating in games on behalf of another person for commercial gain.

33d monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the above. Where a breach is confirmed, the platform reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation, close the account and report the matter to relevant authorities if appropriate.

11 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 33d will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you receive a communication asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 33d account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact 33d support immediately and change your password.
• 33d is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials or failing to secure your login details.

Where 33d identifies unusual login activity on your account, access may be temporarily restricted until you verify your identity. This is done to protect your funds and personal information.

12 Suspension & Account Closure

33d may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Suspicious activity suggesting fraud, money laundering or exploitation of platform systems.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to applicable fair use guidelines.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of standard checks. Bonus funds and any winnings generated solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements are not returned on closure.

• 33d is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, delayed bet settlement or game interruptions caused by technical faults, provided that any affected bets or game rounds are voided and stakes returned.
• 33d is not responsible for any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• 33d's total liability to you in any given circumstance is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits 33d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

15 Changes to These Terms
